The Pier Jacuipe Residence is an enclosed condominium implanted on an area of 15.000 m2 (fifteen thousands square meters), with an extension of 130 m (one hundred and thirty meters) facing the mouth of the Jacuipe river and a green area of 12.000 m2 (twelve thousands square meters).
